5% up-charge for contrasting fabrics and or welting
COL Requirements:40 sq. feet
5% percentage up-charge for all COL or exotic materials.

Custom orders have a lead time of 6-10 weeks FOB NYC. Lead time contingent upon selection of finishes, approval of shop drawings (if applicable), and receipt COM (if applicable). Multiple requests for finish samples will extend the lead time. In circumstances that fall beyond MLS control (force majeure) lead times are subject to change. Lead time is based on deposit date and final sample approvals. Minimum 4 weeks lead time on upholstery items of fabric receipt.
